Escape from Folsom 10-Mile & 5K
Run along Folsom Lake’s scenic shoreline at this 10-mile race (kicks off at 8 a.m.) or 5K (starts at 8:05 a.m.)

The Escape from Folsom 5K and 10 Miler both have new courses on scenic trails along the shoreline of Folsom Lake. Athletes in both races will receive an Escape from Folsom Finisher Medal.
Escape from Folsom soft-cotton race shirts are available for sale prior to the race for $20.
